*Nutrition per serving
| 400g (2 cups) | Plain Greek Yogurt |
| 30ml (2 tbsp) | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
| 15g (1/4 cup) | Fresh Dill |
| 3g (1/2 tsp) | Salt |
| 1g (1/4 tsp) | Black Pepper |
| 15ml (1 tbsp) | Olive Oil |
In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped fresh dill.
Add the salt and freshly ground black pepper to the mixture. If using, drizzle in the optional olive oil for added richness and a smoother texture.
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed.
For the best flavor, let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 days) to allow the flavors to meld. This step is crucial for developing the full taste profile.
